• Response to Ticagrelor in Clopidogrel Nonresponders and Responders and Effect of Switching Therapies. The RESPOND Study; Gurbel P.A.et al., Circulation 2010;121:1188-1199.
  
  In conclusion, this is the first study to demonstrate that ticagrelor therapy overcomes nonresponsiveness to and HPR during clopidogrel therapy.
  
  
• Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics of Single Doses of Prasugrel 30 mg and Clopidogrel 300 mg in Healthy Chinese and White Volunteers: An Open-Label Trial; Small DS et al., Clin Ther. 2010;32:365-379 .
  
  Conclusion: In Chinese subjects, prasugrel 30 mg produced greater platelet inhibition and higher Pras-AM concentrations than did clopidogrel 300 mg. The pharmacodynamic results were consistent across LTA,the VN-P2Y12 assay, and the VASP phosphorylation assay.
